Job summary

Marino Meat & Food Store in Adelaide seeks a confident, experienced Deli Supervisor to lead the deli team. The role involves supervising staff, managing rosters, and ensuring smooth operation of the deli, pasta bar and store sections, with a focus on stock control and presentation.

Successful candidates will have prior supervisory experience in food service or deli settings, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, with late shifts on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train new staff.
• Provide staff rosters and cover for leave, maintain timesheets for HR.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to deli team members.
• Oversee deli, pasta bar and supermarket sections.
• Maintain and reorder stock and consumables.
• Clean and prepare workstations and displays.
• Merchandise supermarket sections and stock windows.
• Provide exceptional and responsive customer service, resolving customer concerns.
