Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in financial cost control.
• Advanced to expert knowledge in leading and managing execution of processes and projects.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
• Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
• Desirable - experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal.
• Desirable - prior experience on Defence acquisition and sustainment support contracts

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project goals are achieved and customer expectations met or exceeded.
• Lead planning, coordination and management of program operations, including subcontract management, risk management and budget.
• Lead, motivate and develop the program team, including geographically dispersed members.
• Coordinate project deliverables.
