Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial delivery for the Maritime Systems Product Line. Based across major Australian locations, you will drive proposals, negotiations and contract closure while ensuring compliance with defence policies.

You will manage a national portfolio of large programs, engage with customers and suppliers, and contribute to risk assessments and due diligence across contract performance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Commerce or Law with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and development of customer and supplier relationships.
• Demonstrated experience across ASDEFCON contracting models and defence contracting and commercial frameworks.
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight.
• Ability to analyse and solve difficult to moderately complex problems across multiple Functions/Product Lines/sites/locations.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Contracts professionals across the Maritime Systems Product Line, including above and below water systems.
• Provide commercial advice and develop commercial solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
