Job summary

Downer Professional Services seeks a Transition Officer to support complex capability transitions into sustainment and operations. You will work with the Transition Lead, coordinating across engineering, logistics, commercial and sustainment teams to keep milestones moving forward.

You will gather and analyse information, manage actions and prepare concise briefings and reports, while identifying risks and dependencies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Project Management, Information Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Defence, Government or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition planning and delivery across engineering, logistics, commercial and sustainment functions.
• Develop and maintain transition plans, schedules, action registers and reports.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings and management reporting.
