A digital innovation company is seeking a Workforce Intelligence & Project Management Specialist to support the AUKUS capability within the Australian Submarine Agency. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based insights, establish governance frameworks, and conduct workforce planning and analysis. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in complex government environments. An active NV1 security clearance is mandatory. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workforce intelligence.
• Proven ability to develop governance and performance reporting in complex environments.
• Experience within Defence or national security programs is highly desirable.
