Job summary

Downer is seeking a Defence Training Manager to lead specialist training across complex Space and EW capability in the SDAC SPO environment. You will coordinate, develop and deliver training solutions, engaging with Project Directors, Defence stakeholders and technical experts to ensure SADL-aligned outcomes.

This role requires NV2, SADL experience, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to support training across Toowoomba, Adelaide, Exmouth and Canberra as SPO needs dictate.

Qualifications

• NV2 minimum clearance.
• Experience with SADL and Defence training essential.
• Strong engagement with senior stakeholders and ability to manage training governance.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review and maintenance of specialist training solutions.
• Develop learning and training material for Defence personnel and capability support teams.
• Prepare and present training documentation, deliverables, reports and recommendations.
