Job summary

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an experienced TLS Integration Manager to lead the delivery of the CIE Program, driving innovation and efficiency across aircraft sustainment initiatives. You will oversee governance, deliverables and budgeting while guiding a multidisciplinary team to meet safety, schedule and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives in Defence, aerospace or engineering environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases and delivering measurable benefits.
• Deep understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery controls.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Aerospace/Aviation Management or a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of innovation and efficiency initiatives across the program.
• Identify opportunities to improve capability, availability, maintainability and overall sustainment performance.
• Provide governance, reporting and assurance across multiple initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of innovation and project professionals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across maintenance, engineering, supply chain, training and business management functions.
