Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an experienced Engineering & Technical Services Manager to lead a large multi-disciplinary engineering workforce on the C-27J program, delivering safe, compliant engineering services in a dynamic operational environment.

You will drive strategy, capability development and governance, partnering with customers, program leadership and operations to meet contractual outcomes while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Experience in Defence, aerospace, aviation or highly regulated industries is valued.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering and technical services team.
Provide strategic, tactical and operational leadership to meet contractual obligations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, program leadership and stakeholders.
