Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support the Joint Land Force base in Canberra or Melbourne. This role involves providing systems engineering and T&E expertise for next-generation Land C4 system capabilities in a complex environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience and will work across the full engineering lifecycle, delivering strategic input and ensuring compliance with standards and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in systems engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in Test & Evaluation within Defence or complex systems environments.
• Strong understanding of Verification & Validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver systems engineering and T&E activities across Defence capability projects.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including certification plans.
• Engage with Defence and industry stakeholders to support system integration.
