CAE is seeking a senior engineering leader in Homebush, NSW to guide and mentor a cross-disciplinary team of software and hardware engineers. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and delivering complex projects while ensuring alignment with system architecture and quality standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across projects and bids, manage risks and performance, and contribute to continuous improvement in CAE's global engineering practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Previous leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience in software, hardware or complex systems development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing resources, schedules, budgets and risks.
• Ability to operate in complex engineering/project environments.
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance.
• Ability to work from Homebush, NSW site.

Responsabilidades
