KBR is seeking an experienced Systems Integration & Test Lead to support a major Defence modernisation program delivering C4 capabilities for the Australian Defence Force. You will lead program-level integration, testing and capability development within a complex system-of-systems environment.

The role requires broad systems engineering expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and governance compliance. This is a Canberra-based opportunity with a focus on delivering safe, effective Defence

Competenze

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Systems, ICT or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in Systems Engineering within Defence or Defence-industry environments.
• Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle: requirements, design, integration, verification and acceptance.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large Defence acquisition or sustainment programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Understanding of Defence engineering governance frameworks and acquisition processes.
• Must have Australian Citizenship & active NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance.

• Lead integration, verification and test capability development across the capability lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and input into acquisition and delivery contracts.
• Support Government submissions and technical decision-making activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements for the system and operations.
• Review and manage engineering changes in Defence governance frameworks.
• Support Test & Evaluation activities, certification and acceptance processes.
• Provide systems engineering advice to ensure capability outcomes are delivered safely and to standards.
