Job summary

RTX Corporation in Nowra, NSW, is seeking a bright and energised Systems Engineer to join the ADMATE team. You will contribute to the Joint Adversarial Training & Testing Services (JATTS) and Air Weapons Ranges (AWRS) programs, supporting system upgrades, verification, and integration across multiple platforms.

The role requires a University Degree in Engineering, a minimum of 2 years’ engineering experience, and eligibility for NV1 security clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with defence or aviation systems desirable.
• Eligible for NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support technical integration of system upgrades across the AWRS and JATTS programs.
• Support verification and validation activities, including acceptance testing.
• Identify technical risks and implement approved mitigations for system integration.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to execute system implementation plans.
