Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking a bright and energised Systems Engineer to join the ADMATE team in Nowra, NSW. You will contribute to Joint Adversarial Training & Testing Services and Air Weapons Ranges programs, supporting integration, verification, and system upgrades.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2+ years’ experience, and eligibility for NV1 security clearance, with opportunities for learning and professional development within a global defence context.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant engineering experience.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
• Experience in requirements analysis and system integration activities is desirable.
• Experience working with Defence or aviation systems.
• Eligible to obtain NV1 Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support technical integration of system upgrades across the AWRS and JATTS programs.
• Support verification and validation activities, including acceptance testing.
• Identify technical risks and implement approved mitigation strategies for system integration.
• Work collaboratively with subcontractors and stakeholders in executing system implementation plans.
