Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Subcontracts Officer to support the AIR6500 program, coordinating subcontractor activities and ensuring timely, accurate documentation and reporting across contracting and purchasing teams.

You will work closely with the Subcontract Program Manager to manage supplier relationships, win bid packages, review proposals, and support ongoing subcontract administration within a collaborative commercial and supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Experience in defence, engineering, infrastructure or project-based environments.
• Experience in subcontract administration, procurement, contracts or similar commercial environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontract specifications, work statements and terms and conditions.
• Assist with bid packages and bidder coordination.
• Support evaluation of supplier proposals and subcontract negotiations.
• Coordinate subcontract changes, additions, deletions and admin.
• Maintain subcontract documentation, records and reporting.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support monthly subcontractor performance reporting.
