You will be the central contact between employees, management, and Defence representatives, ensuring safe, compliant, and exceptional security services. Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in the security industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily site operations to deliver a professional, reliable security service.
• Ensure compliance with Defence standards, post orders, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Coach and develop team members in Access Control Officer roles.
