Job summary

WSP in Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the design coordination for Defence projects. You will coordinate architectural, structural and services designs, managing BIM outputs and ensuring technical completeness for each milestone.

Join our Property & Buildings group and collaborate with engineering experts across the country. You will mentor teams, manage schedules and budgets, and contribute to rewarding, flexible work arrangements that support Defence sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian Defence sector is essential.
• Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence security clearance is essential.
• 3–10 years of design management experience in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of best-practice consulting services to Defence clients across Australia.
• Coordinate design teams including architects, structural and services engineers, and BIM technicians.
• Ensure project documentation is produced on time and to required detail.
• Manage budgets, schedule, and quality control for assignments.
• Build and maintain client relationships with Defence contractors.
