Job summary

OCRT Consulting is seeking Project Schedulers to support a Defence network uplift program in Canberra. You will own schedule integrity across Capability Drops, build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, and drive Integrated Baseline Review readiness.

You will implement schedule artefacts, produce WBS, map outputs to CM requirements, and manage risks while contributing to capability timelines and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules on complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience preparing for and supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
• Strong schedule assurance and risk-informed scheduling background.
• Prior Defence capability or acquisition scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature a Capability Management-focused Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Map project outputs to CM Requirements and benefits realisation timelines.
• Maintain schedule integrity and currency through risk-informed updates.
• Identify, document and track schedule-related risks.
• Provide schedule artefacts and representation to support Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) execution.
• Produce and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Perform schedule assurance reviews and provide findings on schedule alignment.
• Participate in governance forums, including Program Steering Group and IPT.
