Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement and contract management.
• Knowledge of Defence procurement policies and processes.
• Experience with probity and contracting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end procurement and contract management support.
• Develop procurement strategies, RFQs, tender docs, evaluation plans/reports.
• Prepare/manage contracts, extensions, variations, changes.
• Lead or support tender evaluations, negotiations and contract formation.
• Provide commercial, procurement and probity advice across the division.
• Advise on contractor workforce planning and mobility.
• Identify and manage procurement/contract risks.
• Provide advice on contract performance, disputes and supplier management.
• Review procurement and contract docs prepared by stakeholders.
• Conduct negotiations within approved frameworks.
