Job summary

Raytheon Australia seeks an Operations Lead to join our on-site team in Australia. You will engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to deliver trials and programs, manage mission setup, execution and overall mission management, ensuring safe, efficient delivery aligned with project objectives.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, customer, and key stakeholders, applying strong communication and organizational skills to balance priorities while maintaining security

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of Test Range Mission System Equipment and Defence assets.
• Desirable – experience with defence sustainment contracts.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting Level 2 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Trial planning with the customer and working groups to define requirements.
• Develop, review and update operations plans, processes, procedures and enablers.
• Plan deployment of mission systems and coordinate related activities.
• Coordinate project deliverables to meet objectives and timelines.
