Job summary

Sonic HealthPlus in Perth is seeking a Medical Coordinator (Funding) to support Australian Defence Force candidates through medical and psychological components of the Defence Force Recruiting process. You will manage candidate records, assist in bookings, and provide logistics support to doctors, psychologists and nurses.

You'll work in a collaborative, professional team and contribute to service delivery with attention to detail and strong admin and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Well organised with strong administration and customer service skills.
• Experience in healthcare/medical settings.
• Current CPR Certificate and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with candidates and assist in booking appointments.
• Follow up with clinicians and other medical professionals.
• Data entry and management of candidate records.
• Provide general administration support.
• Track service delivery and provide logistical support to Doctors, Psychologists and Nurses.
