Qualifications

• A relevant mechanical trade certificate or strong background in a workshop or production environment.
• Proven experience in operating machinery, chemical handling, and raw material processing.
• Ability to follow batch records accurately, manage time well, and perform manual lifting safely.
• A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Physical Assessment, including lifting up to 15kg.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, blend, and dilute materials according to formulas.
• Operate machinery via control panels and load ball mills.
• Load materials into industrial ovens and manage trays.
• Perform manual handling of processing trays up to 15 kg.
• Maintain batch records and logs for quality control.
• Follow safety guidelines and handle chemicals per protocols.
