Job summary

Secora is seeking a Transition & Continuous Improvement Manager in Cairns to lead strategic initiatives on a Defence maritime maintenance contract. You will manage transitions across the full contract lifecycle and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.

The role requires strong change management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with NV1 security clearance or eligibility and Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Continuous Improvement Management, ideally in Defence or commercial sectors.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition plans across the full contract lifecycle to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Drive end-to-end process mapping, SOP development, and system refinement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report progress to clients and leadership.
