Job summary

Raytheon Australia seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead and deliver across the Maritime Systems Product Line. Based in Australia, you will manage proposals, negotiations and contract governance for a national portfolio of major programs.

You will drive commercial leadership, engage customers and suppliers, assess risks, and close contracts. NV1 clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 10 years in a similar role.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiations and supplier relationship development.
• Familiarity with ASDEFCON contracting models and defence frameworks.
• Self‑motivated team player with independent work capability.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Contracts professionals across the Maritime Systems Product Line.
• Provide commercial advice and develop commercial solutions within a compliance framework.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements with stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid and proposal activities including commercial elements and reviews.
• Interpret customer procurement policy and contract requirements to inform decisions.
• Act as a point of contact with customers and suppliers throughout the lifecycle.
