Penske Australia & New Zealand in Kings Park NSW is hiring an Inventory Planner/Analyst to support Defence maintenance programmes. You will coordinate inventory requirements, maintain databases and ensure parts availability for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

The role offers exposure to Defence systems, stock control, and reporting, with opportunities to develop expertise in inventory planning, data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration within a knowledgeable team based in Australia.

Formación

• Experience in inventory management, logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage data.
• Experience working with inventory databases or ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide logistics and inventory support for maintenance activities.
• Maintain inventory databases, registers and logistics spreadsheets.
• Coordinate national availability of parts and rotatable pool items.
• Monitor stock levels, shelf-life and obsolescence.
• Support stocktakes and maintain Defence logistics data.
• Analyse inventory performance and support supply chain reporting.
• Update Bills of Materials (BoMs) for maintenance events.
• Support configuration, documentation and administrative functions within the team.
