Job summary

ASC is seeking an organised, safety-focused Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the delivery of capital infrastructure and engineering projects across ASC's sites. You will coordinate contractors, stakeholders and documentation to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes for one of Australia's significant defence programs.

The role requires experience in infrastructure or construction environments, strong communication, and exposure to procurement and WHS.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating infrastructure, facilities, or construction projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exposure to contractor management and procurement.
• Understanding of WHS and contractor safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of capital infrastructure and engineering projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
• Coordinate site access, inductions and contractor compliance in line with safety and operational requirements.
• Assist with project planning, scoping, scheduling and risk management activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, financial records, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Monitor project status and provide regular project progress reports in support of project controls activities.
• Contribute to project commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, safety and operational efficiency.
