Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a dynamic Project Change Manager to lead change control across a Defence and Infrastructure programme in Adelaide. You will manage variations, provide strategic insights and embed robust change processes within a dedicated Change team.

The role requires a relevant degree with professional qualifications and experience in P3M frameworks, cost planning, scheduling and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Finance or PM.
• Professional qualifications such as P30, Prince 2, MSP, APM PMQ, PPQ, CHPPM or equivalent.
• Experience with P3M frameworks and IT solutions for programme controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage change control across project/program including tracking and reporting variations.
• Embed new change control processes within Change team.
• Provide strategic insights by identifying risks, opportunities and impacts.
• Coordinate integrated baseline management throughout the program lifecycle.
• Assess program change requests with robust cost, schedule and risk analysis.
• Develop internal capability through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with PMO, Cost Controllers, Planners and Directors to ensure alignment.
• Support maturity and efficiency improvements in programme controls.
