Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a Defence Communications Operator or similar role.
• Experience in an operations role within a Defence environment.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift roster and obtain Commonwealth Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor voice and data circuits over HF and satellite as part of contracted Operations Support.
• Operate cryptographic keying equipment and maintain secure communications.
• Perform initial investigations into system failures and reliability concerns; ensure SOP compliance; handle administrative duties.
