Job summary

Unite Recruitment Pty is seeking a Junior Foreman for Defence fitout and refurbishment projects in Brisbane. You’ll lead your own area on site with a full team, program and coordinate trades, and manage client interactions to keep progress moving.

Ideally you have 2-3+ years on site in commercial construction, a ready-to-learn attitude, and the drive to develop into a Foreman. Australian citizenship is required and a White Card is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years on site in commercial construction.
• Australian citizenship is required.
• White Card holder.
• Carpenter, Leading Hand, or a Junior Foreman. A trade ticket helps but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Run your own area of the job with a full team behind you.
• Program, coordinate trades, deal with the client and keep things moving.
• You’ll be on site hands-on and supported by the team from day one.
• There’s a clear path forward to Foreman.
