Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Junior Foreman / Supervisor to join their Brisbane team on a hands-on site leadership role across commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects.

The role focuses on coordinating trades, managing daily site activities, ensuring safety and quality, and driving projects from start to handover in a collaborative environment with Site and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar within commercial construction.
• Experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and/or construction projects.
• Strong trade and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and methodology.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and programme.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative site team.
• Relevant construction qualifications, tickets and licences.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of site activities, including:

• Coordinating subcontractors and trades

• Managing daily site activities and programme requirements

• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship

• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

About You
