Job summary

C4 Engineering Pty is seeking a Deputy Project Manager (NV2 Defence) to support the Air Combat Program with moderately complex tasks under direction. You will coordinate tasks, maintain schedules, and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires a Project Management Bachelor degree, Defence-appropriate qualifications, and an NV2 clearance. You will contribute to governance, risk management, and multi-disciplinary team collaboration to deliver program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Relevant Defence or project-management certifications preferred.
• NV2 security clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project tasks and milestones.
• Develop and maintain schedules across sub-program elements.
• Prepare briefings, submissions and reports for governance.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Ensure consistency of reporting tools and governance framework.
