Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent.
• Demonstrated compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years’ chair-side experience within the last 5 years.
• Recent CPD participation.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance to a Dentist/Dental Specialist/Hygienist.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as entering/updating patient records.
• Assist in promotion of oral health to patients.
• Ensure compliance with Defence policies and procedures.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the dental surgery.
