Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an emerging leader with data management experience in Defence to take ownership of program-level data activities across Maritime Programs. Located in Sydney, NSW, with consideration for applicants from Wollongong, Newcastle, and Canberra.

You will guide others and work across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliant information handling. Key responsibilities include administering DMS tools, managing secure information exchanges, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience with controlled documentation and records management.
• Experience with PLM or EDMS systems.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint usage.
• Experience handling secure, sensitive or controlled information.

Responsabilités

• Administer Data Management System (DMS) tools and information management platforms.
• Apply data management processes for control, distribution and integrity of program information.
• Manage secure information exchanges with internal and external stakeholders.
• Compile and analyse program data to support reporting and records management.
• Support management of the Program Process Asset Library.
• Coordinate program activities in Jira; raise, assign and track tasks.
• Provide data management guidance to program personnel.
