Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Configuration Manager – Multi Class Sustainment to lead CM governance, baselines and team performance across defence programs. The role supports multiple ASC business areas with travel between Perth, WA and Adelaide, SA.

You will drive baseline development, coordinate change boards and ensure compliance with CM standards while mentoring a skilled team and delivering high-quality CM products and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Configuration Management within defence or complex technical environments.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing workload.
• Advanced knowledge of CM methodologies and standards (e.g., EIA-649).

Responsibilities

• Drive development, maintenance and governance of configuration baselines across multiple ASC programs.
• Lead, coach and develop the Configuration Management team, driving capability and engagement.
• Deliver high-quality Configuration Management products, services and reporting for engineering outcomes.
• Support Engineering Leads to meet contractual, compliance and program requirements.
• Coordinate Change Boards and Governance activities, driving audits and continuous improvement.
