Job summary

Babcock International Group in Barton, ACT, is seeking a Network Operator to join a dedicated team supporting critical Defence communications. You will operate the DHFCS and contribute to the EDHFCS rollout, ensuring reliable, secure voice and data links for ADF and allied platforms.

Working a 12-hour rotational shift in a 24/7 environment, you will monitor and engineer circuits, manage cryptographic keying equipment, and collaborate with a skilled operations crew to uphold mission integrity.

Qualifications

• Current NV1 Defence Security Clearance required.
• Experience in Defence industry or with defence communications systems preferred.
• Ability to operate under 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate DHFCS and EDHFCS to support ADF and allied platforms.
• Monitor and engineer voice and data circuits across HF spectrum.
• Operate cryptographic keying equipment and maintain secure communications.
