Responsibilities

• Manage defect liability period (DLP) works from start to finish.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and small commercial works.
• Plan, schedule and manage subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Provide technical guidance and practical solutions on-site.
• Price minor works and coordinate quotations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Uphold MPA's high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation.
• Champion MPA's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
