Job summary

Waves of Ability PTY LTD is seeking reliable support workers for day programs that operate seven days a week. You will provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, help participants achieve goals, and contribute to flexible rosters across the week.

We focus on consistency, training, and authentic connection. You’ll join a friendly team, receive real notice for shifts, and work with participants who are building confidence around water and daily activities.

Qualifications

• Commitment to X shifts per week, minimum X months.
• Turn up on time, on the day you said.
• Confident in and around water, or keen to be.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support.
• Help with daily activities and varied programs throughout the week.
• Participate in training and contribute to a friendly, well-supported team environment.
