Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is looking for a Data Product Manager to own the data and AI roadmap for CBRE Pacific in a hybrid Sydney role. You will partner with Leasing, Consulting and Capital Markets to identify opportunities, translate them into data products, and track real value.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption while championing governance and data literacy across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with significant data/analytics/AI/ML product experience.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into data products delivering measurable value.
• Strong commercial acumen with ROI-focused business cases.
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs in agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Own the data and AI product roadmap for CBRE Pacific, keeping it prioritised and visible.
• Partner with business leaders, data engineers and delivery teams to define vision and roadmaps.
• Build business cases for data/AI investments and prioritise by value and strategic fit.
• Lead end-to-end data product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and benefits realization.
• Translate complex data concepts into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Shape prioritised backlogs and define success measures across data products and dashboards.
• Champion data literacy, governance and analytics opportunities across the business.
• Drive adoption and measure value realization, not just outputs.
