Job summary

Angle Auto Finance seeks a proactive business development professional to manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealerships in Victoria. You will build trusted relationships, conduct regular reviews, and deliver training to dealer staff to maximise sales and profitability.

You will identify new opportunities, analyse portfolio performance and work with internal teams to ensure compliance and high-quality delivery. A target-driven, autonomous field role in Melbourne awaits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Finance.
• Proven dealer/business development management experience in financial services or automotive.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working to targets and delivering commercial results.
• Analytical thinker who can interpret data and drive strategy.
• Self-motivated, organised and autonomous in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of dealerships to achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and conduct regular reviews.
• Deliver training and product knowledge sessions to dealer staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and support dealers in conversions.
