EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Manager, Deal Origination to lead the Deal Origination Hub across Australia and New Zealand. You will identify attractive acquisition targets, develop actionable M&A ideas, and build relationships with private equity players and corporate clients.

This is a senior role within EY-Parthenon, leveraging EY's broad services and AI-enabled insights to drive real transaction opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in M&A, corporate finance, deal origination, private equity, corporate development or related environment.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and qualify M&A opportunities, assess strategic fit, and develop credible commercial theses.
• Develop acquisition theses by analyzing sector and company intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Engage with market participants to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Support priority accounts and targeted origination campaigns with understanding of investment strategies and portfolios.
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Deal Origination Hub, set priorities, allocate work and guide team members.
