Job summary

ENGIE AU is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end decommissioning, demolition, remediation and rehabilitation projects across its generation assets, including the Hazelwood Rehabilitation Project, with travel to South Australian sites.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and governance, oversee contractors, build stakeholder relationships with regulators, and develop a small project team while embedding safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large decommissioning, remediation and demolition projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, governance and risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments with regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
• Proven ability to engage regulators and government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of decommissioning, demolition, remediation and rehabilitation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and governance requirements to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, environmental, operational and technical workstreams.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and project partners to ensure performance and compliance.
• Build relationships with regulators, government authorities, community representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a small project team while fostering safety and continuous improvement culture.
