Job summary

Lismore City Council is hiring a Lifeguard for the Goonellabah Sports & Aquatic Centre and Lismore Memorial Baths. The role offers both Casual and Permanent Part-time options, with day shifts prioritized and training provided for First Aid and Lifeguard qualifications.

Responsibilities include pool safety, customer service, and general upkeep, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for visitors and the local community.

Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate (willing to obtain).
• Royal Life Pool Lifeguard Certification (willing to obtain).
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) required or in process.
• Driver's Licence (required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure safety for all patrons.
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• Assist with customer service and general facility upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment for the community.
