Cézan Trattoria & Bar at Krinklewood Estate in Broke, Hunter Valley NSW, is seeking warm, reliable casual Front of House staff to join our team. Minimum commitment 2-3 shifts per week with daytime shifts (9am-5pm) and occasional weddings/events.

You'll welcome guests across restaurant, cellar door and events, take orders, process payments with Square POS, and support reservations. RSA and Food Handlers certificates required or willing to obtain.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality venues (restaurant, café, bar or events) preferred.
• RSA and Food Handlers certificates required or willingness to obtain.
• Available to work weekends, public holidays and event days.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional food and wine experiences to guests.
• Welcome and host visitors in restaurant, cellar door and event spaces.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments through Square POS.
• Assist with reservations and guest enquiries.
• Support weddings, private events and estate experiences.
• Set up and pack down dining and event spaces.
• Work collaboratively with chefs, event team and management.
