Job summary

Ozcare is implementing the Dayforce platform and seeks an energetic Dayforce Trainer to support adoption across Queensland. The role is full-time on a fixed-term basis and based at the Corporate Office in Kangaroo Point, with extensive travel to metropolitan, regional and remote sites.

You will design and deliver face-to-face and virtual training, demonstrate system capabilities, and coach leaders and staff throughout the implementation journey.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace learning programs or system training

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, learner-centred Dayforce training programs
• Facilitate workshops, system demonstrations, practice activities and readiness sessions
• Adapt training delivery to audiences, learning needs and settings
• Provide coaching and follow-up to reinforce learning
• Create inclusive learning environments
• Travel extensively across Queensland to deliver training and readiness activities
• Support development of facilitator guides and learning materials
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, logistics and materials
