Job summary

BDO Australia is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Digital Advisory team to contribute to client engagements, manage stakeholder relationships and drive successful project outcomes on Dayforce HCM implementations.

You will work with implementation consultants to extract, map, transform, and validate data, ensuring accurate migrations and seamless integrations using SQL, XML, and Excel, while supporting reporting and data export needs.

Qualifications

• Over two years of Dayforce implementation experience across HCM/WFM projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, XML, XSLT and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce data and queries during HCM implementation projects.
• Work with implementation consultants to understand client configurations, data structures and integration points.
• Extract, analyse, map and transform legacy data for Dayforce migration with accuracy.
• Validate transformed data against requirements and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Develop and refine data conversion tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance on exporting data including General Ledger exports and third-party integrations.
• Support clients with Dayforce import requirements aligned to business needs.
• Manage custom reporting and serve as the technical query resource for stakeholders.
