Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift) in Marsden Park, NSW. You will safely receive, store and dispatch steel products, operate overhead cranes and RF scanning, and support orders with attention to detail.

This permanent full-time role offers a stable day shift (7:00am–3:06pm), comprehensive training including a buddy program, and opportunities to develop specialist skills in a large-scale industrial environment while contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or similar hands-on environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and looking out for others.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Safely receiving, storing and dispatching steel products.
• Operating overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks and customer collections.
• Picking and preparing customer orders using RF scanning.
• Conducting stock movements and inventory activities.
• Maintaining a safe, organized and efficient warehouse environment.
