Job summary

Seek is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Team Leader to join an established food manufacturing business in Sydney. You will work with a small team, actively involved in daily production and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The role is permanent, day shift, with a focus on hands-on production, equipment operation, and involvement in cleaning and warehouse duties. Forklift licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar production role.
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong work ethic.
• Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work across all production areas, including cleaning/sanitation.
• Food manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
• Forklift licence and warehouse experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in daily production operations.
• Ensure production is carried out according to established schedules and procedures.
• Operate production equipment and assist with all factory duties.
• Oversee and participate in cleaning, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with basic equipment checks and general factory upkeep.
• Assist with warehouse operations and stock movements.
