RCPA is seeking a Production Supervisor to support our Melton day shift team. You will drive daily targets, oversee production schedules and lead a small team to safely deliver quality concrete products.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in precast concrete or manufacturing.
• Team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
• Able to lead a team, set goals and monitor progress.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of daily targets and production schedule.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to optimise plant operations.
• Improve processes, KPI tracking and equipment performance.
• Develop training plans and support competency gaps.
• Coordinate with maintenance on machine issues.
