Job summary

Healthscope’s Lady Davidson Private Hospital seeks an experienced Day Program Coordinator to lead our multidisciplinary Day Program, NDIS and outpatient services. You will drive clinical excellence, leadership, and innovative service growth within a private rehabilitation setting.

Based at North Turramurra, the role blends clinic work with operational leadership, aiming to enhance patient outcomes and expand Day Program services while collaborating with medical and allied health teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced Allied Health professional with leadership and service development experience.
• Experience leading quality improvement or service development projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Day Program and outpatient services.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary allied health Day Program/Outpatient/NDIS teams.
• Deliver high-quality evidence-based clinical care.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and program performance.
• Develop innovative rehabilitation programs and community services.
• Build referral pathways with GPs, specialists, hospitals and community providers.
• Drive marketing and service promotion activities.
• Assist with rostering, workload management and resource allocation.
• Support accreditation and quality activities in line with NSQHS Standards, Private Hospital Rehabilitation Guidelines and NDIS and Aged Care.
