Job summary

Zone IT Solutions Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Dayforce Integration Developer to design, develop, implement and support data and system integrations for ERP environments.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, map data, and ensure secure, scalable integration solutions across the ERP landscape, including Dayforce ERP integration projects. The role focuses on reliability, performance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Dayforce integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, ETL, and data mapping.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing ERP integrations.
• Familiar with Prophet 21 data structures and business logic.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dayforce integration solutions using APIs, ETL and middleware.
• Develop data mappings, transformations and validation rules.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration approaches.
• Ensure data integrity and security across integrated ERP systems.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation for integration workflows and processes.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects involving system interconnectivity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through better integration and automation.

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Integration Developer with Dayforce integration experience to design, develop, implement, and support data and system integrations for ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize APIs, SQL scripts, and middleware tools to build robust integrations.
• Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend integration solutions.
• Ensure the integrity and security of data exchanged between systems.
• Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.
• Participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects involving system interconnectivity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through better integration and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems like Epicor P21, EDI, ETL, or flat file data processing.
• Familiarity with Prophet 21 data structures and business logic.
