Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is hiring crew members to be on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos and assisting with basic food prep. You may rotate through roles as needed and learn more about running a busy fast-food business.

We welcome those with hospitality experience or a willingness to learn, and a positive, reliable attitude. Shifts run from early morning to late evening, with perks including a free uniform, discounted meals, and cultural celebrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
• Can do attitude and can be relied upon to follow through.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Roll burritos and assist with basic food prep.
• Restock fridges and wipe tables.

Job Description

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You'll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.

Experience is helpful, but it's not everything. What we mean is:

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through

We are looking for new team members available to work all shifts between 5am and midnight.
